Fall Family Fun

September is one of my favorite months and a big part of why is apple picking.  It is such a wonderful New England tradition which always ends in many apples to be baked into delicious pies, cakes and crisps and of course cider donuts!  Orchards on a clear fall day are also a beautiful setting for pictures with the gorgeous trees against the beautiful blue sky and the pops of red and orange from the apples and pumpkins ::::::::swoon:::::::!  I was very excited last weekend to shoot the Williams family at Honey Pot Hill.  That farm has so much for children with all the adorable animals, the hayride and delicious apple cider pops.  It was very easy to get shots of the kids with big smiles on their faces!

Looks like someone loves cider donuts almost as much as I do…

The twins *loved* the hayride.  I especially enjoy their expressions when we went over a pretty big bump!

It was a weekend full of appley goodness because the following day I went with friends to my favorite Smolak Farms.  Not only is it so pretty there, but they have the best cider donuts around.
